Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Still have questions? Clarifying the most common concerns:
Not at all. I’m not bringing bureaucracy, endless meetings, and 100-page presentations from my corporate background — I’m bringing engineering discipline and a systems mindset.
We don’t force some huge, cumbersome software solution onto your business. Instead, we build simple, tailored automations that fit your company’s size and actually work. I believe in simple solutions. For example, Google Workspace can do incredible things for an SME at a very low cost.
At the beginning, I’ll need some of your attention — around 1–2 hours per week to map out and understand your processes, because it’s your business after all. At the same time, the whole point of the project is to give you more time back. Once I’ve reviewed your answers and the relevant materials, I can develop the strategy independently. If we’re also talking about an implementation project, we’ll need to work together to establish a timeline and implementation plan.
This is the most common concern, and it’s completely understandable. That’s why we don’t force a complicated tool on them from the top down. Instead, we design processes that make their day-to-day work easier and faster. If we move forward with implementation, training and clear, easy-to-follow guidelines are an integral part of the process.
A software developer looks at the code, while a marketer looks at the clicks. I look at your entire business as a system, from both a business leadership and IT strategy perspective: Is your product offering right? How does a lead become a paying customer, and how can your internal administration run smoothly and without errors?
On top of that, I’ve built my own SME from the ground up, so I know from firsthand experience what actually works in the real world — and what doesn’t.
You don’t need to decide in advance. Simply fill out the contact form, and I’ll send you the details by email.
After that, we’ll have a short, 30-minute free online call to discuss your company’s situation together. Based on that conversation, I’ll recommend the most sensible starting point for you — from an audit all the way to building your complete business system.
During the Audit, the biggest time-consuming bottlenecks become clear within the first 1–2 weeks. With System Building, the time saved and faster customer service become measurable as soon as the automations go live. The goal is always to ensure that your investment pays for itself as quickly as possible through improved operational efficiency.
